How to use
First, I shake it. Then I have it pure or in water. After opening, I keep it in the fridge, away from heat and light, for no more than 30 days.
I always take 7,5 ml during breakfast and 7,5 ml before dinner. I do it for 16 days, with the conviction of resisting the temptation of failing. I rely on me.
